发展智慧旅游称得上旅游行业的一场新变革。智慧旅游依赖信息技术,它要求旅游管理信息化、规范化。开封是中国优秀旅游城市,知名度很高,每年都能招徕大量游客。建设智慧旅游城市,有利于开封培育旅游新业态,塑造现代化城市新形象,提高旅游接待服务水平。发展智慧旅游是一项系统工程。目前,开封初步构建了一个面向海内外游客、旅游企业、电子商务运营商、旅游行政主管机关的智慧旅游应用框架体系,但在数据中心、硬件基础、应用平台建设等方面还存在一定差距。要通过市场化运作,不断提高开封智慧旅游城市建设水平,促进开封经济社会全面发展。
