对那些新近由专科升格而来的新建本科院校来说,教学质量管理无疑是重中之重,它不但是教育部开展的办学质量评估的主要项目,更是学校生存和转型发展的决定性因素。新建本科院校必须放弃传统的教学质量管理模式,进行组织结构的再设计和教学质量管理流程的再造,并建立相应的保障机制,以保证教学质量管理工作取得预期成效。

The teaching quality management of newly established universities is not only the key factor of the evaluation of the Ministryof education, but also the important problems that need to be solved in the transformation and development of the newly established uni-versities. Newly established universities must abandon the traditional mode of education quality management, and re - engineer theteaching quality management process through redesigning the organizational structure to promote reform of the teaching quality manage-ment.
