摘要
波纹节也称补偿器,是一种弹性补偿装置,主要用来补偿管道或设备因温度影响而引起的热胀冷缩位移.在实际应用过程中,波纹节除产生位移(变形)外,往往还要承受一定的工作压力,所以,保证其安全可靠地工作十分重要.国内目前常用的不锈钢U形波纹节焊接工艺存在一定的缺陷,应加以改进.
Bellows bulging is also called the compensator, it is a kind of elastic compensation device, mainly used to compensate forthe heat bulging and cold shrinking displacement of pipes or equipment caused by temperature effect. Bellows bulging always works un-der pressure except producing displacement (deformation) in practical application. So, it is very important to ensure that it works safe-ly and reliably. The article discusses the improvement measures through the analysis of defects in stainless u - shaped bellows.
