石首麋鹿保护区社区问题分析及解决思路探讨

Analysis and Solution Investigation of Local Community Problems of Shishou Milu National Nature Reserve in Hubei

针对湖北石首麋鹿国家级自然保护区与周边社区间存在的主要矛盾和冲突,分析了问题产生的原因,从开展社区共管、加强法律法规宣传、制定野生动物致害补偿机制和开展生态旅游的角度出发,探讨了解决问题的思路。

Focusing on the conflict and contradiction between Shishou Milu National Nature Reservein Hubei and local community, we analyzed the reasons and suggested that promoting community co--management activities, reinfor-cing public education of relevant laws and regulations, establishing wildlife damaged compensation and developing eco --tourismwould be necessary.
