155名健康成年男性尿总α、总β放射性活度分析

Analysis on urinary total alpha and total beta radioactivities of 155 healthy male adults

摘要 目的了解广西部分地区健康成年男性尿总α、总β放射性正常水平,为建立用于核事故(意外)状态下放射性核素内照射筛查水平提供参考。方法采集广西部分地区155名健康成年男性的晨尿,取尿样200 ml加硝酸进行盐化处理,经75℃蒸发浓缩、灰化(300℃,2 h),用四路低本底计数器(1 000 min)对样品中总α、总β放射性水平进行测量,所得结果用尿肌酐校正。结果 155位健康成年男性尿中总α放射性活度为0.00~7.36(1.63±1.47)Bq/g Cr,尿中总β放射性活度为(未排除^(40)K贡献)8.02~89.58(28.40±14.56)Bq/g Cr。结论建议将尿中总α放射性活度6.04 Bq/g Cr(x+3s)和尿中总β放射性活度(未剔除^(40)K的贡献)72.08 Bq/g Cr(x+3s)暂时作为广西健康成年男性事故应急筛查水平。 Objective To explore the normal level of urinary total α and total β radioactivities of healthy male adults from parts of Guangxi, thereby to provide the reference for establishing the screening level of internal radiation from radionuelides under the condition of nuclear accident. Methods The urine samples from 155 health male adults form parts of Guangxi were collected in the morning. Nitric acid was added into 200 m] of urine samples for salinization. The samples were concentrated by evaporation at 75℃ then were ashed at 300℃ for 2 hours. Finally ,the total α and total β radioactivities of the samples were measured using a 4-channel low-background counter (1 000 minutes ) , and the results were corrected by urinary creatinine. Results The urinary total α and totalβradioactivities of 155 healthy male adults were 0. 00 - 7.36 ( 1.63 ± 1.47 ) Bq/gCr and 8.02 - 89.58 (28.40 ± 14.56 ) Bq/gCr respectively. Conclusion It is recommended that the urinary total α radioactivity with 6.04 Bq/gCr( x ±3s) and totalβ radioactivity with 72.08 Bq/gCr( x ± 3s ) are temporarily taken as the emergency screening levels for the healthy male adults in the accident in Guangxi.
