摘要
为了方便研究OLED器件的光电特性,设计了一套能够自动、同步测量OLED器件的电压、电流、亮度、光谱、色坐标、温度等特性的综合测试系统。该系统基于非接触式测温方法,以计算机、PR655型光谱亮度计、Keithley-2400电流-电压测试仪、自制的红外测温模块、暗箱、光学导轨、载物台等为硬件,以LabVIEW为软件开发平台,通过计算机程序控制测量仪器对OLED器件进行测量,利用光谱亮度计对器件的发光性能进行测量,利用单片机和红外测温传感器对器件的温度进行测量,利用可编程电源为器件测试提供稳压/稳流电源,并将采集到的数据发送给计算机,进行数据处理、数据列表和曲线显示,最终保存数据。最后,利用该系统对自主研发的OLED器件进行测试,通过对测试结果进行分析,表明该测试系统具有综合性强、精确度高、操作简单、软件扩展性好、测量效率高等优点,实现了对OLED器件各项性能的自动化测试,并已经实际应用到多个研究单位。
In order to test the performance of organic light-emitting devices, an optoelectronic performance test system for light emitting and dis- play devices was designed and developed. The performances (such as voltage, current, brightness, spectrum, chromaticity coordinates, tempera- ture, etc) could be measured in the same software. Based on non-contact temperature detection method, with the computer, the luminance me- ter( PR655 ) , the source (Keithley-2400) , the infrared temperature measurement module ( infrared temperature sensor and single chip com- pute) , the dark box, the optical guide and so on, using LabVIEW software as the software developing platform, the photoelectric properties of OLED device could be measured by all instruments which were controlled by computer program. Utilizing luminance meter PR655, the bright- ness of the device was tested. Utilizing infrared temperature sensor and single chip computer, the temperature of the device was tested. Utili- zing the source, regulated voltage/regulated current electric resource could be provided. Controlled by computer program, the collected data was sent to the computer and processed. Furthermore, the data processed could be listed and saved. In addition, real-time display of the test process about the device was realized. And ultimately, we fabricated the OLED device and measured the performance with our new device. The test result shows that the system has advantages of high integrity, accuracy, efficient, convenient, good expandability and so on. It relizes the au- tomation of OLED device test. The system is applied in several laboratories.
