热交换系统是非常重要的换热设备,几乎在所有的工业领域中都有应用。由于热交换系统具有结构紧凑、轻巧、传热强度高、节能、防污染、环保、符合当今能源技术发展的趋势等特点,近年来,已广泛地应用到通信设备的换热降温系统中。热交换器技术使用离心风机控制内外循环的气流进入热交换芯的流量和压力,从而实现了隔离的内外循环气流的热交换,降低了内循环内的通信设备的热量,保证了通信设备的正常工作。通过离心风机转速温度PWM一次函数的设计,使得通信柜热交换器的软硬件的设计大幅简化,实现了热交换器连续跟踪、快速实时响应换热的功能,提高了产品的稳定性,降低了成本,大大提高了公司的经济效益。
