摘要
针对不当劳动行为概念的分析和构成,对于作为劳动关系中至关重要的一方雇主利益的考虑,提出了不当劳动行为的救济措施,以及国外一些先进做法对我国的借鉴意义。
In accordance with the analysis and constitution of the concept on unfair labor practice, based on the consideration of the benefits, the crucial aspects in the labor relations, the essay proposed relief measurement on unfair labor practice and reference of advanced solutions from overseas countries onto China.
