外源物质抑制凤梨低温开花效应

摘要 为在生产上抑制观赏凤梨低温开花提供理论依据,以丹尼斯凤梨为材料,研究了外源物质硝酸钾、花多多、腐殖酸、尿素对其低温开花的抑制效应。结果表明:丹尼斯凤梨分别施用了硝酸钾、花多多、腐殖酸、尿素后,叶片基本上都能保持正常生长,叶片中MDA含量均低于对照,开花数也不同程度减少;其中施用腐殖酸2 000倍液对抑制丹尼斯凤梨低温开花的效果最好,开花率仅为16.7%。 In order to provide theoretical basis for inhibiting flowering of ornamental pineapple at low temperature, we used Guzmania ' Denise' as materials to study inhibiting effects of exogenous substance on flowering of ornamental pineapple at low temperature, including potassium nitrate, Flowers&Horticulture, humie acid and urea. The results showed that the leaf kept normal growth, MDA content of leaf was lower than that of control andthe number of flower was decreased at different degrees after applying potassium nitrate, Flowers&Horticulture, hnmic acid and urea. The best inhibition effect was ob- tained by applying 2 000 times liquid of humie acid, showing that flowering rate was only 16. 7%.
