摘要
为了加快乌干达卡鲁玛水电站尾水隧洞的开挖速度,实现快速掘进,施工中采用了水平V形掌子面、分部楔形掏槽、合理炮孔布置、自卸车两侧同时装渣、减少出渣运距、加快循环工序等一系列措施。结果表明:这些措施有效提高了开挖速度,加快了开挖进度,创造了施工支洞提前80 d进入主洞,开挖单面月进尺235.2 m(开挖断面54.34 m2);主洞上层开挖单面月进尺257.1 m(开挖断面91.54 m2),主洞下层开挖单面月进尺324.3 m(开挖断面76.27 m2)的好成绩,成功实现了快速掘进,确保了主洞开挖进度满足整个工程总进度工期要求。
In order to speed up the excavation in Uganda Karuma HPP TRT project, a series of measures were taken with adopting horizontal V-shape face, various part wedge cutting, reasonable holes layout, simultaneous loading at both sides of dump truck, shortening mucking distance and speeding cycle process. These measures showed out a high speed excavation and lead to a achievement of accessing to main tunnels with 80 days ahead of schedule where the monthly progress is 235 m with 54.34 m: section area. Monthly heading excavation in main tunnels is 257.1 m with 91.54 m^2 section area. And monthly benching excavation in main tunnels is 324.3 m with 76.27 m^2 section area. These new records and achievements ensured the tunnel excavation works in Karuma HPP TRT project met the project schedule requirement.
