摘要
砖烟囱拆除爆破环境比较复杂,必须保证砖烟囱准确定向倾倒。为此利用全站仪在砖烟囱外壁对定向窗及爆破切口进行测量放样,采用预留保护层、控制爆破和机械施工相结合方法,利用空孔在爆破中的导向及光面作用,高效精确地开凿定向窗。经过40多座烟囱爆破拆除实际应用,与传统方法比较,降低了劳动强度,施工时间可节省一半以上,砖烟囱倾倒方向偏差可控制在1度以内,对类似工程有较好的参考价值。
The surrounding of brick chimney be demolished is complex,the collapse of the brick chimney direction must be guaranteed accurately, therefore, the total station was used to staking out in survey of directional cut and blasting cut on the outer wall of brick chimney. Those method of reserve protection layer, the combination of controlled blasting and mechanical construction method, using empty holes orientation and smooth surface blasting effect ,were used to accurately cut directional window. After more than 40 chimneys blasting demolition of practical application, compared with the traditional method, this method reduces the labor intensity, and save more than half, meanwhile, the direction deviation of brick chimney dumping can be controlled within 1 degree, which has good reference value to similar projects.
