多孔隙岩石防渗漏装药结构应用 被引量:3

摘要 因岩石存在空隙及裂缝,若浆状混装炸药从装药车经管道直接装入炮孔,往往造成过量装药,不仅造成炸药浪费,还会影响爆破效果(如飞石多而远、后冲严重、底盘不平整等)。在多孔隙岩体区域,炮孔内使用高强度塑膜袋,浆状混装炸药灌注在高强度塑膜袋内,防止其渗漏。经现场试验证明,提高了爆破效果和安全度,降低了爆破成本。 Owing to the air gap and crack in the rock, the mixed explosive might be over-loaded if it is directly charged through the pipeline of loading truck, which will result in explosive wasting, but also diminish the effect of explosive, such as increasing the number and distance of flying rock, severe backlash, and uneven floor. In the area of porous rock ,the high strength polyethylene cover is put into blasting hole, and the mixed explosives are filled in the cover, which prevents its leakage. Results from the on-site tests shows that the blasting efficiency and safety of explosive get great improved and the cost is reduced.
