In a variety of food contamination, the food safety issues under control of physical sources of pollution is one of the most extensive, difficult and complaints problem. And the physical sources of pollution may lead to biological hazards and chemical hazards. In order to help con- trol physical pollution effectively in aquatic products processing enterprises, then reduce customer complaints, mitigate economic losses, enhance corporate image, protect consumer health and safety, we investigated a number of aquatic products processing enterprises, analyzed the possibility of physical sources of pollution from a variety channels including raw and auxiliary materials procurement, products processing and finished pro- duction. Then we proposed some preventive measures workable.
