摘要
哒螨灵是一种新型高效、广谱、低毒的杀螨杀虫剂,它主要是通过抑制肌肉组织、神经组织和电子传递系统染色体I中谷氨酸脱氢酶的合成,从而发挥杀螨、杀虫作用。哒螨灵用量少,初效好,持效性长,受温度、虫态影响小,广泛用于果树、蔬菜、茶树、烟草和花卉等植物。综述了哒螨灵的发现、理化性质、合成路线、分析方法、杀虫机理、害虫抗药性、登记情况、应用现状、毒理机制和环境相容性等方面的研究开发现状,并对哒螨灵的开发前景进行了展望。
Pyridaben is a new type of acaricidal pesticide with high efficiency,broad spectrum and low toxicity. It controls Spider mites and pests primarily through inhibition of muscle and nerve and electron transfer system and the synthesis of GLDH (glutamate dehydrogenase ) in chromosome I. It controls quickly and keep langer with lower dosage. There is minor effect of temperature, insect state. It is widely used in fruit trees, vegetables, tea, tobacco plants and flowers etc. The research and development status of pyridaben, including the discovery, physical and chemical properties, synthesis routes, analytical methods, insecticidal mechanism, pest resistance, registration, application status, toxicological mechanisms and environmental compatibility were summed up. In addition, the developing prospects of emamectin benzoate was discussed.
