摘要 PIR作为LNG管道保冷材料之一,介绍了其制备工艺和生产流程;同时分析了目前国内PIR保冷材料的改良思路、主要性能指标、特点及技术发展现状,提出了PIR在LNG管道保冷中的应用,进一步对保冷设计提出建议。 PIR, as one of the cold insulation materials, briefly introduced are the synthesis process and production process. As the same time, analyze the improvement, main performance requirements and development in domestic LNG pipeline projects. Propose the relative application for selection of materials and cold insulation design and prospected is the development trend of LNG cold insulation materials.
