摘要
高压给水加热器广泛应用于火力、核电发电等系统中,且是发电厂最高压力下运行的设备。由于受到多种载荷、介质的耦合作用,随着运行时间的增长,容易萌生缺陷,这给电厂安全运行带来了极大的挑战。为了合理的检测高压给水加热器含缺陷情况,保证电厂安全经济运行,因此采用多种无损检测方法对高压给水加热器进行检测,并对检测结果进行分析,探索方法的合理性。
High pressure feed water heater is widely used in firepower, nuclear power generation system, and it is running under the highest pressure. As the growth of the running time, under the coupling of load and medium the equipment easy to crack initiation, It brought great challenge to the safe operation of the power plant. In order to ensure the safely and economically operating of the power plant, reasonable testing the defects in high pressure feed water heater, a variety of NDT methods used. And the test results were analyzed, the rationality of the method were explored.
