Comparison of Calculation Results of CAESAR Ⅱ and AUTO PIPE

CAESAR Ⅱ及AUTO PIPE均为管道应力分析常用软件,两种软件的计算原理及方法不尽相同,导致软件的适用条件及计算结果也有差异。本文结合具体案例对比了两个软件计算结果,结果显示两种软件计算结果比较接近,可采用两种软件对比计算以保证管道设计安全。

CAESAR Ⅱ and AUTO PIPE are also applied to piping stress analysis. Because of theories and methods are different, the conditions and resuhs of two software are also different. In order to make clear the difference of the results, CAESAR Ⅱ and AUTO PIPE are used in calculating some piping line of actual programme . The results show the similarities of the two software, two software maybe used in pipe design.
