“卓越工程师”培养计划下实践教学体系的构建

Reformation of Undergraduate Practice Teaching System Based on Outstanding Engineers Training Project

"卓越工程师培养计划"旨在应用型人才的培养,因此需要强化实践教学体系构建。本文提出了基于卓越工程师培养的实践教学体系改革的基本思路及教学改革措施,利用学校和企业两种不同的教育环境和资源,以工程意识、工程素质培养为基础,以工程实践能力和创新能力培养为主线,搭建基础实践、专业实践、岗位综合实践平台等平台,构建满足卓越工程师知识、能力和素质要求的实践教学体系,以期为"卓越计划"参与高校和企业合作开展卓越工程师培养提供建议和参考。

＂Excellent engineer training program＂ aims to cultivate applied talents, therefore, it is needed to strengthen the construction of practical teaching system： The basic ideas and measures for the reform of practical teaching system are put forward based on outstanding engineers training project. The idea that taking advantages of different education environment and resources of school and enterprise, basing on engineering consciousness and engineering quality , mainly training engineering practice ability and innovation ability, professional practice enterprise comprehensive practice platform, constructing the practice teaching system which meet the requirements of outstanding engineers knowledge, ability and quality, is to provide advice and reference for participants （universities and enterprises） to lanneh the cooperation on training outstanding engineers.
