摘要 针对目前化工专业人才培养应用性不强、工程特色不突出、职业教育缺失、与行业需求脱节等问题,通过构建化工专业基础教育平台、CDIO工程教育平台和职业教育平台,探索出以CDIO工程教育为核心、以专业基础教育为根本、以职业教育为导向的化工应用型人才培养新模式,最终实现深化教育教学改革,推进地方本科院校转型发展的目标。 There are a lot problems existing in the chemical engineering professional talents training, for example, application is not strong, engineering characteristics are not prominent, vocational education is losing, requirements of chemical industry are unmatched, and so on. A new chemical engineering applied talents training mode was established by founding a chemical professional foundation education platform, the CDIO engineering education and vocational education platform. The new mode was taken the CDIO engineering education as the core, based on professional education as a fundamental and oriented at vocational education. The research deepens the educational reform and promotes the transformation and development of local universities.
