高职应用化工技术专业人才培养方案探索

Exploration on Talents Cultivation Scheme of Applied Chemical Technology Specialty in Higher Vocational Education

针对云南省化工企业人才现状、应用化工技术专业人才需求、培养目标和职业岗位群等情况进行了调研。通过调研,掌握了企业的岗位用工标准和应用化工技术专业学生在工作中存在的问题,提出了应用化工技术专业人才培养方案改革的建议。

In this paper, the status quo of chemical enterprises in Yunnan Province, the application of chemical technology professionals demand, training objectives and professional positions and other groups conducted a survey. Through the investigation and study, we have grasped the standard of employment and the problems in the application of chemical engineering students, and put forward some suggestions on the reform of the application of chemical engineering talents training program.
