摘要 目的:建立高效液相色谱法同时测定伤科胶囊中3种皂苷的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为ODS柱(4.6mm×250μm,5μm,流动相A为乙腈,B为0.05%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱,条件为:0-18min(20~35:80-65),18—23min(35—20:65-80),25min(20:80);流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长203nm。结果:三七皂苷R1进样量在0.7758~24.8256μg(r=0.9997)、人参皂苷Rg1进样量在0.8520—27.2640μg(r=0.9998)、人参皂苷Rb1进样量在0.6432~20.5824μg(r=为0.9999)范围内线性关系良好,方法重复性及回收率均符合要求。结论:本法操作简便快捷、结果准确可靠,重复性好,适用于伤科胶囊中3种皂苷含量的测定。 Objective: To establish a determination method for the contents of three kinds of saponins in ShangKe capsules by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: Methods of high performance liquid chromatography was used with ODS colurrm(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase A was acetonitrile while B was 0.05% phosphoric acid solution. The gradient elution conditions were as follows: 0-18 min(20-35:80-65), 18- 23min(35-20:65-80), 25 rain (20:80); At the same time, the flow rate was 1 mL/min, and the detection wavelength was 203 nm. Results: There was a good linear relationship of the sample size of notoginsenoside R1 in the range of 0.7758-24.825 6 g (r=0.999 7), ginsenoside Rgl of 0.852 0-27.264 0 μg (r=0.999 8), ginsenoside Rbj of 0.643 2- 20.582 4 μg(r=0.999 9). Meanwhile, the repeatability and recovery of the method were in line with the requirements. Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable, and can be used for the detection of the content of three kinds ofsaponins in ShangKe capsules.
