摘要 目的:探索针灸基础课程的整合模式。方法:分别在针灸推拿学院本科2012、2013级随机抽取两个平行班进行经络腧穴和刺法灸法的教学授课,每一个年级中一个班作为研究组(经络腧穴和刺法灸法两部分穿插进行),一个班作为对照组(先开展经络腧穴、再进行刺法灸法的教学),具体实施后对学生进行笔试和技能考核。结果:2组及格率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);笔试成绩和2013级技能成绩2组优秀率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组考核成绩优于对照组。结论:本次针灸基础课程教学模式改革切实可行,成效显著。 Objective: To study the curricular integration mode of acupuncture and moxibustion basic courses.Methods: Two paralleled classes of grade 2012 and 2013 undergraduates of Acupuncture and Moxibustion School were randomly selected for the Meridians and Acupuncture Points and Acupuncture and Moxibustion Method courses. One class in each grade was took as the study group(Meridians and Acupuncture Points and Acupuncture and Moxibustion Method were taught alternatively), another class in each group was took as the control group(Meridians and Acupuncture Points first, then Acupuncture and Moxibustion Method). Written and skill examination for students were took after finishing the courses. Results: Compared the pass rate of the two groups, the difference was significant(P<0.01). And there was significant difference between the test grade and skill grade excellence rate of 2013 two groups. The test grade of the study group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion: The curricular integration reforms of Acupuncture and Moxibustion basic courses are practicable and effective.
