聚焦超声仪治疗外阴白色病变的疗效及个体化护理效果观察

Clinical Effects of Focused Ultrasound in Treating White Lesions of the Vulva and Observation on the Effects of Individualized Care

目的：观察聚焦超声仪治疗外阴白色病变临床疗效及个体化护理效果。方法：回顾性分析2013年6月～2014年2月外阴白色病变患者的临床资料，104例均利用聚焦超声仪治疗，采用个体化护理方案，同时分析治疗、护理的临床效果及不良反应。结果：治愈68例，显效34例，无效2例，治疗总有效率为98．1％。结论：对外阴白色病变患者采用聚焦超声仪进行治疗，同时依据患者病情及机体状况采取个体化护理方案，能明显改善患者不舒适感，缩短住院时间，提高治愈率。

Objective： To observe clinical effects of treating white lesions of the vulva by using focused ultra- sound and effects of individual nursing. Methods： The data of 104 patients with white lesions of the vulva from June, 2013 to February, 2014 were analyzed retrospectively, all were treated by using focused ultrasound and adopting individual nursing plan, clinical effects and untoward effects were analyzed. Results： Cure patients had 68 cases, effectual patients had 34 cases, invalid patients had 2 cases, the total cure rate was 98.1%. Conclusion： Patients with white lesions of the vulva are given focused ultrasound, given individual nursing according to condition of patients and body status, which can improve uncomfortable feeling of patients, shorten hospital stay, promote cure rate.
