摘要
本文介绍了法国通过发布和更新大型研究基础设施发展路线图来保障相关设施的顺利发展,在各学科领域发展研究基础设施的情况,并结合我国"十三五"计划提出的发展战略性新兴产业、继续加强基础研究和发展大科学工程等内容,提出了我国今后发展新兴热点产业,加强和法国基础研究之间的科技合作、人才交流等方面的政策建议。
The paper only introduces the experience of France in publishing and updating roadmaps for largescale research infrastructures so as to ensure their smooth development, but also briefs the development of basic research infrastructures in various fields. It is proposed in the ＂13th Five-year＂ plan to develop emerging industries of strategic importance, and to strengthen basic research and the development of mega-science project. With such background, the paper raises the proposal to develop emerging hot-spot industries, and to strengthen international cooperation with France in basic research and talent exchanges.
