大型水力发电企业科技创新管理工作思考与实践

Study and Practice on Management Works of Scientific and Technological Innovation in Large Hydropower Enterprise

科技创新是引领企业发展的驱动力。笔者以岩滩水电公司为例,介绍大型水力发电企业通过制定、完善并落实科技创新具体建设方案,重点从健全创新体系、完善创新机制、夯实创新基础、加强规划计划、强化项目管理、加强人才培育、加强创新交流、推进创新型企业建设和优化信息管理等多个方面开展工作,初步实现了企业科技创新"体系健全、管理规范、责任落实、奖惩有力、全面提升"的目标,为企业生产经营提供了有力的支撑,取得了显著的成效。

Technological innovation is a driving force for enterprise development. Taking Yantan Hydropower Co., Ltd. as an example, this paper introduces that large hydropower enterprise preliminarily achieves science and technology innovation with its targets of perfect system, standardized management, fulfilling responsibility, forceful rewards and punishments, and comprehensive improvement through establishment, improvement and fulfillment of detailed technical innovation scheme, and implementation of key points on the following aspects, viz. improve- ment of innovation system, perfection of innovation mechanism, consolidation of innovation basis, enhancement of programming and planning, strengthening of project management, intensification of personnel training and educa- tion, reinforcement of innovation communication, promotion of innovative company, optimization of information management, etc., which has remarkable achievement and provides stron~ suooort for production and ant^rntian
