摘要
结合水电厂能源管理的现状,着重探析了水电厂能源管理体系建立的方式、方法,并提出了水电厂加强能源管理的三点创新性建议,以利于水电企业有效提高水资源管理能力和水能利用效率,达到节能减排的目的。
This paper discusses the methods of establishing energy management system of hydropower plant in view of present energy management status in hydropower plant, and proposes three innovative suggestions for ef- fective improvement of water resource management capacity and hydroenergy utilization efficiency as well as for energy conservation ＆ emission reduction.
