Reconstruction of Control Oil Source and Oil Drainage Pipe of SFD200 Emergency Distribution Section Closing Device

岩滩水电站6号机SFD200事故分段关闭装置的控制油源及排油管路,由于控制油源及排油管路设置不当,机组在运行过程中出现事故配压阀误动,造成机组非停事故。经过技术改造,解决了事故配压分段关闭阀的控制油源在分段关闭阀动作时,总的控制油源压力瞬间变化,直接影响到事故配压阀压力变化的问题;同时解决了分段关闭阀和事故配压阀动作时的排油相互干扰等问题。

Due to improper setting of control oil source and drain oil pipe, there is a misoperation of emergency distributing valve occurring in the control oil source and drain oil pipe of Unit 6# SFD 200 emergency section closing device of ~antan hydropower station, which causes non-stop fault of the unit. After technological recon- struction, the problem that the transient change of main control oil source pressure directly affecting pressure change of emergency distributing valve is solved in the case that closing valve is off. Meanwhile, oil discharge in- terference problem is also settled when section closing valve and emergency distributing valve are operating.
