摘要
岩滩水电站2号机组C级检修期间,由于遇到雨季,造成封闭母线绝缘电阻偏低不合格,严重影响机组开机和并网,通过对封闭母线进行大修改造,清扫支撑绝缘子,更换各法兰密封胶垫、盘式绝缘子等,并安装空气循环干燥装置,很好地解决了封闭母线绝缘电阻偏低的问题,消除了2号机组封闭母线存在的安全隐患。
The insulation resistance of enclosed isolated-phase bus is too low to be acceptable due to rainy sea- son during C level maintenance of 2# unit in Yantan Hydropower Station, greatly affecting the startup and grid connection of the unit. The problem is solved through overhaul and reconstruction of the said bus, cleaning of supporting insulators, replacement of flange sealing gaskets and disk insulators, and installation of air circulation drying device, and the potential safety hazard of the said bus is eliminated.
