摘要
岩滩水电站5号发电机转子碳刷跳火主要原因为集电环表面未形成氧化膜,导致在运行中碳刷跳火并造成集电环表面灼伤。通过对集电环表面进行打磨、调整碳刷电密及碳刷弹簧压力进行处理,使集电环表面逐步形成氧化膜,消除了跳火现象。
Sparkover is found on carbon brush of 5# hydro-generator runner in Yantan hydropower station be- cause there is no oxidation film on bus ring surface, and the said surface is burnt due to carbon brush sparkover. The problem is solved by developing oxidation film on the said surface through grinding the said surface as well as adjusting current density and spring pressure of the carbon brush.
