本文通过SWOT分析华意品牌的现状,总结其目前所处的地位及未来的定位,从技术、产品、质量、服务、管理、效益、文化、宣传等多个方面来研究推进华意品牌规划建设,帮助其快速成长,成为行业领先品牌。
By adopting SWOT analysis,this paper interprets the present situation of Huayi brand,summarizes its current status and indicates future directions clearly. Several aspects are analyzed in order to promote Huayi brand' s planning and building,including technology,products,quality,service,management,benefit,culture,publicity,etc,so as to help with its rapid and steady growth,and help it become a leading brand in the compressor industry.
