A Preliminary Study on the Psychological Health Education of College Students in the Internet + Circumstances

本文立足于"互联网+"背景下探索高校心理健康教育实现途径。针对目前高校心理健康教育工作的现状,结合互联网的优势,尝试提出了互联网+心理健康教育平台设想,构建集咨询、辅导、教育为一体的线上线下双向运作的心理健康教育模式,充分发挥高校心理健康教育的实效性和针对性。

Based on the background of Internet Plus,the paper is trying to explore the psychological health education in colleges and universities. In view of the present situation of college psychological health education,combining with the natural advantages of the internet,it also tries to come up with an idea for internet plus psychological health education platform,to build a two-way operation of psychological health education model both online and offline which sets consulting,counseling,education as a whole,and gives full play to the effectiveness and pertinence of psychological health education in colleges and universities.
