摘要
对轴承钢GCr15在辊底式连续式退火炉球化退火过程中各工艺参数对组织演变规律的影响进行了系统的试验研究。了解工艺参数对辊底式连续退火炉球化退火组织演变规律有哪些影响,以制定一种合理的球化退火工艺,使其球化退火级别达到国标规定的2-4级,提升产品档次。
The effect of process parameters on microstructure evolution was studied during spheroidizing annealing of bearing steel GCr15 in roller type continuous annealing furnace in order to work out a qualified spheroidizing annealing process to make the nodulizing grade reach national standard of grade 2 to 4 and upgrade the product.
