共享发展视角下欠发达地区农村社会公共服务问题及对策研究——以山东济宁为例

Problems and Countermeasures of Rural Social Public Service in Less Developed Areas from the Perspective of Shared Development: A Case Study of Jining City in Shandong Province

公共服务的均衡发展、共享发展是我国社会公共服务发展的必然趋势,长期以来,我国受城乡"二元制"结构的制约,农村公共服务一直处于落后的状态,严重影响了农村社会的整体发展。在共享发展理念下,提高农村公共服务水平,是提高农村生活质量的重要举措。以山东济宁为例,从共享发展的内涵入手,通过分析我国欠发达地区农村社会公共服务面临的供给不足,主体单一问题,利用率低等问题,提出供给持续化、利用高效化、主体多元化的解决措施。

Balanced development, shared development of public service is the inevitable trend in the development of China＇s social and public service. With the restriction of the ＂dual system＂ structure between urban and rural areas, China＇ s rural public service has lagged behind for a long time, affecting the overall development of the rural society. Under the concept of Shared development, improving the rural public service level, is an important measure to improve the quality of rural life. This paper takes Jining as an example, analyzes the shortage of rural social public service and come up with suggestions to solve the problems such as single problem, low utilization rate.
