大蒜产业是山东省金乡县农业的支柱性产业凭借多年的发展,金乡大蒜一跃成为行业内的领头羊。以生态文明视角下金乡县大蒜产业绿色发展为研究对象,从金乡县大蒜产业实现绿色发展的优势展开论述,通过阐述金乡大蒜产业绿色发展取得的成果和存在的不足,提出加大大蒜产品深加工,延长大蒜产业链;搭乘"互联网+"快车,突破传统大蒜营销模式;依托农业科技进步,打造高效大蒜生产模式等措施,以期更好实现金乡大蒜产业的绿色良性发展。

The garlic has already become a pillar industry of Jinxiang county＇ s economy. This paper discusses the advantage of garlic green development from the perspective of ecological civilization and analyzes its outcome and deficiency, then puts forward suggestions such as： increasing deep processing, lengthening manufacturing chain, make use of ＂Internet ＋ ＂ policy, and break up the traditional garlic trade mode to better promote the green development.
