专业技能竞赛在应用型本科院校人才培养中的探索——以西昌学院动科类专业为例

On the Professional Skills Competition in Talent Training of Application-Oriented Universities: Taking Xichang College as an Example

专业技能竞赛是应用型人才培养的重要手段之一。结合应用型本科院校动科类专业人才培养的现状,以西昌学院为例总结凝练了动科类专业专业技能训练体系和"三阶段"竞赛模式。在应用型人才培养中,专业技能竞赛是激发学生学习热情,培养学生"基础、综合、创新"能力的重要途径。为确保动科类专业技能竞赛的顺利开展,在实际中应切实加强科学合理评价体系的构建,注重加强"双师型"师资队伍建设。经过多年探索,西昌学院动科类专业技能竞赛在实践过程中逐步完善,取得一定的成效。

Professional skills competition is an important mean of application-oriented talent training. Exploration and practice of professional skills competition of animal science specialty were summarized with the status of talent training in application-oriented universities with the case of Xichang College in this artical. Professional skills competition is also an important approach of stimulating the enthusiasm for learning and cultivating the comprehensive ability of the students in application-oriented talent training. In order to ensure the development of professional skills competition, the construction of evaluation system and double qualified teachers team must be enhancing in practice. Certain effectiveness of professional skills competition in the animal science specialty of Xichang College were achieved in the process of practicing.
