中西医结合在气道咳嗽综合征患者中的应用及对肺功能的影响研究

Study on the application of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the patients with upper airway syndrome and its effect on pulmonary function

目的研究中西医结合治疗在上气道咳嗽综合征中的应用疗效。方法将63例上气道咳嗽综合征患者按就诊的先后顺序分为两组,其中31例患者(对照组)采用西药祛痰、抗过敏、抗感染治疗,另32例(治疗组)除了给予对照组的治疗之外,还采用四逆止嗽散治疗。观察治疗后两组咳嗽症状情况、治疗疗程结束后2周复发情况、中医证候评分、6MWT、肺功能等。结果接受中西医结合治疗的患者咳嗽症状情况、咳嗽复发率、中医证候积分、6MWT、肺功能等均明显优于单纯接受西药治疗的患者。结论中西医结合治疗上气道咳嗽综合征疗效显著,在改善肺功能方面更为有效。

Objective To study the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on upper air- way cough syndrome. Methods A total of 63 patients with upper airway cough syndrome were randomly assigned into two groups according to the visiting sequence. Among them, 31 patients of control group were given western medicine expectorant, anti-allergic, anti-infective treatment. In addition to the control group, 32 patients of treatment group were treated with Sini Zhisou powder. The symptomatic effect of wind-heat lung syndromes, and scores of cough symptoms, recurrent cases 2 weeks after the end of the treatment, score of TCM syndromes, 6MWT, puhnonary function were ob- served. Results The curative effect of cough symptom, recurrence rate of cases with relieving cough, TCM syndrome ~core, 6MWT, pulmonary function in the patients receiving Chinese and western medicine were fetter than those in the patients receiving western medicine alone. Conclusion Integrated Chinese and western medicine is more effective in the treatment of upper airway cough syndrome and in improving lung function.
