卡培他滨联合多西他赛治疗乳腺癌脑转移的效果观察

Observation on the effect of capecitabine combined with docetaxel in the treatment of brain metastasis in breast cancer

目的 探讨卡培他滨联合多西他赛治疗乳腺癌脑转移的临床疗效。方法 选择2015年1月-2016年1月我院确诊的乳腺癌脑转移患者60例,采用卡培他滨联合多西他赛进行化疗,21 d为1个化疗周期,共治疗6个周期。结果 治疗第2、4、6个周期后,60例患者的总有效率分别为40.0%、48.3%、43.3%,组间比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。治疗6个周期后,卡培他滨化疗期间主要毒副作用为白细胞减少、血小板减少、恶心、呕吐、腹泻、脱发、手足综合征、口腔黏膜损伤等。根据KPS行为状态评分标准判定,治疗后KPS评分≥10分40例,占66.7%;KPS评分增加或减少≤10分11例,占18.30%;KPS评分减少〉10分9例,占15.0%。结论 卡培他滨联合多西他赛治疗乳腺癌脑转移疗效确切,毒副作用少,且能明显改善患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of capecitabine combined with docetaxel m the treatment ol brain metastases in breast cancer. Methods A total of 60 patients with brain metastases in breast cancer who were di- agnosed in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected. They were treated with capecitabine com- bined with docetaxel 1or chemotherapy, 21 days as a cycle of chemotherapy. The overall treatment period was 6 cycles. Results The total effective rate in 60 patients was 40.0%, 48.3% and 43.3% respectively after the second, fourth and sixth cycles. There was no significant difference between the two groups（P〉0.05）. After 6 cycles of treatment, the major toxic and side effects of capecitabine during chemotherapy were leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, nausea, vomiting, diar- rhea, hair loss, hand-foot syndrome, and oral mucosal injury. According to the KPS behavior status score, KPS scores ≥ 10 points of 40 patients, accounting for 66.7%; KPS score increase or decrease ≤ 10 points of 11 cases, accounting for 18.30%; KPS score decrease 〉10 points of 9 cases, accounting for 15.0%. Conclusion It is effective of capecitabine combined with docetaxel in the treatment of brain metastases in breast cancer, which has less toxic and side effects and can improve the quality of life of patients.
