北海地区过敏性鼻炎患者治疗状况的调查分析

Investigation and analysis of the treatment of allergic rhinitis in Beihai area

目的 了解北海地区过敏性鼻炎（AR）患者的用药情况及其服药依从性,为改善过敏性鼻炎患者用药依从性提出建议。方法 将2015年2月~2016年2月在我院耳鼻咽喉科门诊接受治疗的300例患者按性别分为男性组和女性组。两组患者均采用自行设计的“北海地区过敏性鼻炎患者治疗依从性的调查情况调查表”进行调查,比较两组调查结果。结果 男性组的治疗依从性情况与女性组治疗依从性情况比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 北海地区过敏性鼻炎患者对该病的规范治疗缺乏重视程度。由于改善和提高过敏性鼻炎患者生活质量是治疗过敏性鼻炎的主要目标,因此建议应加大对该病治疗宣教力度,提高患者的治疗依从性。

Objective To investigate the drug use and compliance of medication in patients with allergic rhinitis （AR） in Beihai area, and to raise suggestions to improve the compliance of medication in patients with allergic rhinitis. Methods A total of 300 patients who were admitted to the outpatient E.N.T. Department in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were divided into male group and female group according to their sex. The self-designed ＂sur- vey of compliance of medication in the patients with allergic rhinitis in Beihai area＂ was used in the two groups for in- vestigation, and the findings were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference of compliance of medication between male group and female group（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The standard treatment of allergic rhinitis in Beihai area is lack of attention. As the improvement and enhancement of quality of life in patients with aller- gic rhinitis is the main goal of treatment of allergic rhinitis, therefore, the popularization intensity of treatment of dis- ease should be suggested, so as to improve patients＂ compliance.
