优质护理对乳腺癌患者康复状况和生活质量的影响

目的 探讨乳腺癌护理过程中给予优质护理服务干预后患者疾病康复以及生活质量的改善程度。方法 选择我院2014年5月-2016年5月乳腺癌患者83例作为研究对象,按照随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,对照组采取一般常规护理模式,观察组则在对照组乳腺癌护理基础上实施优质护理服务模式,比较观察两组患者疾病康复评分以及生活质量改善评分。结果 在疾病康复评分以及生活质量改善评分方面,观察组显著优于对照组,观察组乳腺癌患者护理满意度评分显著高于对照组,观察组乳腺癌患者SAS和SDS评分显著低于照组,护理前,两组患者血清细胞因子IL-2、IL-4和TNF-γ差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,护理后,观察组的血清细胞因子IL-2和TNF-γ优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,而两组患者IL-4比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论乳腺癌护理过程中对患者积极展开优质护理服务,可为疾病康复以及生活质量改善做出保证,从而确保患者免受乳腺癌带来的影响,值得在乳腺癌护理过程中广泛普及。

Objective To observe the degree of rehabilitation and improvement of life quality in the patients after the quality care intervention in the nursing process of breast cancer. Methods 83 patients with breast cancer from May 2014 to May 2016 in our hospital were selected as subjects. According to the random number rule, they were assigned into the control group and the observation group. The control group was given regular routine care, and the observation group was given quality nursing care on the basis of breast cancer nursing in the control group. The scores of disease rehabilitation and improvement score of quality of life were observed and compared between the two groups of patients. Results The score of disease rehabilitation and improvement score of quality of life in the observation group were sig- nificantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. The score of nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in control group（P〈0.05）. The scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were signif- icantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Before nursing, serum cytokines of IL-2, IL-4 and TNF-γ were not significantly different between the two groups（P〉0.05）. After nursing, the serum cytokines of IL-2 and TNF-γ in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically sig- nificant （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in IL-4 between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Active im- plementation of quality nursing care during the nursing process of breast cancer is able to provide assurance in the dis- ease rehabilitation and improvement of life quality, thus ensuring that patients with breast cancer are not severely af- fected by breast cancer, which is worthy of widespread popularization during the nursing care.
