老年急性胆源性胰腺炎相关研究进展

Research progress in the elderly patients with acute biliary pancreatitis

随着老龄化进程的发展,老年急性胆源性胰腺炎(acute biliary pancreatitis,ABP)的研究不断受到关注。ABP具有起病隐匿、病因复杂、病死率高等特点,由于常合并多种基础疾病,治疗风险大,目前临床上针对老年人群的治疗观念仍不一致,在治疗方式及手术时机选择方面仍存在争议。本文就近来有关国内外的相关研究作一综述,为老年ABP临床治疗提供参考和依据。

With the development of aging, the research of elderly acute biliary pancreatitis（ABP） has received continu- ous attention, which is a disorder with insidious onset, complex etiology, high mortality and other clinical characteris- tics. Owing to the variety of underlying diseases and the high risks of treatment, the current clinical concept about treatment of the elderly population is still not consistent, there are still controversies in the option of approaches of treatment and timing of surgery. This paper is based on domestic and foreign medical literature, in order to provide ref- erences and basis for the clinical treatment of elderly patients with ABP.
