Study on the Process of Trust Construction among Network Groups

随着网络的迅速壮大,网络群体已经成为社会中的重要组成部分,而网络信任关系是网络群体在网络中存在和持续发展的前提条件。构建过程大致经历产生、建立、深化、破裂以及走向现实几个阶段。网络信任关系并不是凭空产生,是由其主体网络群体成员在虚拟网络社会情境中逐步产生,熟悉是双方信任关系产生的基础,利益期望推动信任关系的建立,资源交换和制度系统是对信任关系的维系与深化,通过多次博弈可能会导致信任关系的弱化或中断,仅极少数网络信任关系最终会走向现实信任关系。

With its rapid development, network groups have played an important role in the society. For networkgroups, online trust is the precondition of their survival on the internet. Online trust does not come into beingovernight, instead, it is gradually formed by network groups in the cyberspace. The construction of online trustgenerally experienced several stages, including preliminary, maintaining and deepening, broken periods, and evenreality trust. Furthermore, acquaintance is basic; benefits promote its establishment; resources exchange anddiscipline systems maintain and deepen such relationship. However, after several games, the relationship may beweakened and even split. As a result, only a little online trust obtain a stable development, and finally transform toreal trust.
