Image is an important topic in aesthetics. Literary beauty focuses on image and it also relys on the wholeness ofdiction, syntactic and text. According to this rule, the paper analyzes the image translation of the two versions to A Tale of TwoCities on the perspective of Translation Aesthetics and explores how to represent the image aesthetic value on aesthetic feeling foraesthetic ideal of Preference and Perfection.
