硫酸软骨素联合盐酸氨基葡萄糖治疗膝骨关节炎临床疗效及不良反应观察

Observation of the Clinical Curative Effect and Adverse Reaction of Chondroitin Sulfate Combined with Glucosamine Hydrochloride in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:观察硫酸软骨素联合盐酸氨基葡萄糖治疗活动性膝骨关节炎临床疗效及不良反应。方法:将117例活动期膝骨关节炎患者随机分为治疗组、对照1组、对照2组,每组39例。3组均使用非甾体抗炎药并进行健康教育,对照1组加用硫酸软骨素,对照2组加用盐酸氨基葡萄糖,治疗组加用硫酸软骨素联合盐酸氨基葡萄糖,治疗3个月。观察各组患者关节疼痛、压痛、肿胀、功能障碍指数和生活质量改变情况,以及不良反应。结果:治疗后,治疗组与对照1组、对照2组比较,膝关节疼痛、压痛、肿胀明显减轻,功能障碍明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、活力、社会功能、情感职能和精神健康8个维度评分及综合评分均有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。3组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:硫酸软骨素联合盐酸氨基葡萄糖治疗活动性膝骨关节炎,能降低病情活动指标,提高患者生活质量,有较好的安全性。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect and adverse reaction of chondroitin sulfate combined with glucosamine hydrochloride in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods：One hundred and seventeen cases of active knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into a treatment group,control group 1 and control group 2,39 cases in each group.The three groups were treated with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and given health education.Based on that,chondroitin sulfate was added to the control group 1,glucosamine hydrochloride to control group 2,and chondroitin sulfate combined with glucosamine hydrochloride to the treatment group.They were treated for 3 months and their joint pain,tenderness,swelling,dysfunction index,quality of life,and adverse reaction were observed.Results：After treatment,compared with the two control groups,the knee joint pain,tenderness and swelling of patients in the treatment group were obviously relieved and the dysfunction significantly was reduced,the difference being statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） .The differences between scores of physiological function,physiological functional authority, body pain,general health,vitality, social function,emotional function and the mental health were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.01 ） .There were no significant differences in adverse reactions between the three groups （ P 〉 0.05 ） .Conelusion：Chondroitin sulfate combined with glucosamine hydrochloride in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis can reduce the disease activity index,improve the quality of patients＇ lives,and be safe.
