泮托拉唑与根除幽门螺杆菌治疗对服用阿司匹林老年患者胃及十二指肠损伤的预防作用

Prevention effect for gastric and duodenal injury of Pantoprazole and Helicobacter pylori eradication therapy in elderly patients treated with Aspirin

目的探讨泮托拉唑与根除幽门螺杆菌治疗对服用阿司匹林老年患者胃及十二指肠损伤的预防作用。方法 2014年11月~2015年11月,本院共收治86例老年消化道溃疡患者,依照其入院顺序单双号将其分为对照组、观察组,其中对照组43例,给予根除幽门螺杆菌进行治疗,观察组43例,给予其泮托拉唑进行治疗。比较两组患者的胃肠损伤情况、疾病恶化程度、病情改善情况。结果 观察组患者的胃肠损伤率及胃肠损伤程度明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）;在疾病恶化程度、病情改善情况方面,观察组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 泮托拉唑较根除幽门螺杆菌治疗更能够对服用阿司匹林老年患者的胃及十二指肠进行保护,且其抑酸治疗效果更为理想。

Objective To explore the prevention effect for gastric and duodenal injury of Pantoprazole and Helicobacter pylori eradication therapy in elderly patients treated with Aspirin.Methods 86 elderly patients with peptic ulcer treated in our hospital from November 2014 to November 2015 and they were divided into control group and observation group in accordance with the admission order of even and odd-number.43 patients in control group were given Helicobacter pylori eradication therapy,while 43 patients in observation group were treated by Pantoprazole.The gastrointestinal injury,disease progression disease improvement situation in patients between two groups were compared.Results The gas- trointestinal injury rate and gastrointestinal injury degree in patients of observation group was obviously lower than that of control group respectively （P〈0.05）.The disease progression,disease improvement situation of observation group were better than those of control group and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Pantoprazole can give more protection for stomach and duodenum of elderly patients treated with Aspirin than Helicobacter pylori eradication therapy,of which the anti-acid treatment effect is more ideal.
