参芎葡萄糖注射液治疗急性脑梗死的效果及对神经功能与血液流变学的影响

Effects of Shenxiong Glucose Injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and its effect on nerve function and hemorrheology

目的 探讨参芎葡萄糖注射液治疗急性脑梗死的效果及对神经功能与血液流变学的影响。方法 选取2014年12月~2016年4月我院收治的114例急性脑梗死患者,随机均分为研究组和对照组。对照组在常规治疗的基础上使用曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物治疗,研究组在常规治疗的基础上使用曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物联合参芎葡萄糖注射液治疗。比较两组患者治疗总有效率、治疗前后神经功能缺损评分、血液流变学参数及生活质量评分的差异。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为80.7%,高于对照组的61.4%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗前两组神经功能缺损评分比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;治疗后15、30、60 d,研究组神经功能缺损评分均比对照组低（P〈0.05）。治疗前,两组全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血细胞比容、血小板聚集等血液流变学指标比较,差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;治疗后,研究组全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血细胞比容、血小板聚集均比对照组低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗后,研究组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 参芎葡萄糖注射液治疗急性脑梗死效果肯定,能有效恢复患者神经功能,改善血液流变学状态,提高患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate effects of Shenxiong Glucose Injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and its effect on nerve function and hemorrheology.nethods 114 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients in our hospital from December 2014 to April 2016 were selected and randomly divided into research group and control group, 57 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with Troxerutin brain protein hydrolyzate based on conventional therapy,patients in the research group were treated with Shenxiong Glucose Injection combined with Troxerutin brain protein hydrolyzate.The total effective rate,neurological deficit scores,hemorheolog parameter and SF- 36 score for evaluating quality of life before and after treatment of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in the research group was 80.7%,higher than 61.4% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.There were no significant difference in neurological deficit scores,hemorheolog parameter and SF-36 score before treatment （P〉0.05）.After treatment of 15,30 and 60 d,the neurological deficit scores in the research group was lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）;after treatment,the hemorheolog parameter such as whole blood high- shear viscosity,whole blood low-shear viscosity,hematocrit,platelet aggregation of the research group was lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）;the SF-36 score of the research group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Shenxiong Glucose Injection has exact effect in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,which can effectively restore neurological functlon,improve hemorrheology,improve the quality of life of patients.h is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
