残根牙拔除位点保存的临床初步观察

Preliminary clinical observation of site preservation in the removal of residual root tooth

目的探讨位点保存术对牙槽骨量的影响。方法 选取2012年9月~2014年12月我院的12例残根牙拔除牙后预计做种植修复患者作为实验组,选取我院同期的12例残根牙拔除后做传统修复患者作为对照组。分别测量两组术后3个月和5个月牙槽骨垂直向和水平向的吸收水平。结果 实验组术后牙槽骨在垂直向和水平向的吸收水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 采用位点保存术进行残牙根拔除术,能够降低牙槽骨的吸收量,且软组织也有所增加,可以为患者后续种植术提供较多的软、硬组织量。

Objective To explore the influence of site preservation on alveolar bone mass.Methods 12 cases of residual root teeth underwent implant restoration from September 2012 to December 2014 in our hospital were selected as the experimental group,12 cases of residual root teeth underwent traditional restoration in the same period in our hospital were selected as the control group.The absorption level of alveolar bone of the vertical direction and the horizontal di- rection were measured after opevation for 3 months and 5 months in the two groups.Results The absorption level of alveolar bone of the vertical direction and the horizontal direction in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of site preservation in the removal of residual root teeth can reduce the absorption of alveolar bone,and the soft tissue has been increased,which can provide more soft and hard tissue mass for the patient＇s follow-up implantation.
