提高微生物标本检验准确率的有效措施

Effective measures to improve the accuracy of microbiological specimen examinations

目的 探讨提高微生物标本检验准确率的科学有效的手段。方法 根据我院在2014年5月的微生物检验过程中遇到的各类问题开展了相关工作计划,主要包括提高专业人员的素质、提高微生物标本的采集与保存、规范运送流程。将2013年3月~2014年4月与2014年5月~2015年5月两个时期的微生物标本（15 000份）的检测结果进行比较、研究。结果 实施计划后微生物的检测结果准确率（30.35%）显著高于实施计划前（26.49%）（P〈0.05）。结论 提高专业人员的素质、规范微生物标本的采集与保存及运送流程可使微生物标本检验结果的准确率明显提高,应大力推广运用于临床。

Objeetive To explore the scientific and effective methods to improve the accuracy of microbial specimens. Methods According to the problems encountered in the microorganism examinations in May 2014,relevant work plan- swere carried out including improving the quality of professionals,bettering the collection and preservation of microbial specimens,and standardizing the delivery process.A comparative study of 15 000 microbial specimens collected from March 2013 to April 2014 and from May 2014 to May 2015 was conducted.Results The accuracy rate （30.35%） was obviously higher than that of before implementing plan （26.49%） （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Measures like improving the quality of professionals,standardizing the collection and preservation of microbial specimens,and the delivery process can obviously improve the accuracy rate of examination results of microbial specimens.It should be vigorously promoted for clinical use.
