小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的发病特点分析与临床护理

Analysis of the characteristics and clinical nursing of children with cough variant asthma

目的 探讨小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的发病特点及临床护理方法 。方法 选取2014年3月~2015年6月我院收治咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿80例,并将其分为两组,对照组患儿采用常规护理,观察组患儿采用全程护理。比较两组患儿复发率、总满意度、住院费用及住院总耗时。结果 观察组患儿小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘复发率、满意度显著优于对照组（P〈0.05）,观察组患儿住院费用与住院总耗时显著优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论 通过对小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的发病特点进行分析,实施全程护理,不仅能有效减少咳嗽变异性哮喘复发率、住院费用、住院时间,还能增加患儿家属对护理工作的满意度。

Objective To explore the characteristics and clinical nursing of children with cough variant asthma.Methods 80 children with cough variant asthma from March 2014 to June 2015 in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups.The children of the control group were treated with routine nursing and children of the observation group were treated with whole nursing.The recurrence rate,degree of satisfaction,hospitalization expense and hospital total time of two groups were compared.Results The recurrence rate of cough variant asthma and the satisfaction rate in the ob- servation group were significantly better than those of control group （P〈0.05）,hospitalization expense and hospital total time of the observation group were significantly better than those of control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The analysis of the characteristics of children with cough variant asthma,and then the implementation of full care,not only can effectively reduce the recurrence rate of cough variant asthma, hospital costs,length of stay,but also increase the family satisfaction of children with care.
