优质护理在甲状腺瘤术后出血患者中的应用效果

Application effects of high-quality nursing in the patients with postoperative bleeding of thyrophyma

目的 探讨优质护理在甲状腺瘤术后出血患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2012年3月~2015年3月我院收治的甲状腺瘤术后出血患者96例为研究对象,按照随机双盲法分为对照组和观察组,各48例。对照组进行常规护理措施,观察组在对照组的基础上实施优质护理。对比两组患者护理后的焦虑评分、抑郁评分、术后出血发生率和术后出血再次手术发生率以及护理满意情况。结果 观察组护理后焦虑评分为（21.23±0.54）分,抑郁评分为（20.65±0.57）分,术后出血发生率为8.33%,患者术后出血再次手术发生率为4.17%,护理满意率为97.92%;对照组护理后焦虑评分为（43.35±0.46）分,抑郁评分为（42.62±0.17）分,术后出血发生率为29.17%,术后出血再次手术发生率为22.92%,护理满意率为77.08%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 给予甲状腺瘤术后出血患者优质护理效果显著,值得在护理工作中推广及借鉴。

Objective To explore the application effects of high-quality nursing in the patients with postoperative bleeding of thyrophyma.nethods 96 patients with postoperative bleeding of thyrophyma from March 2012 to March 2015 in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to randomized double-blind method,48 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given high-quality nursing care on the basis of the control group.The anxiety score,depression score,postoperative bleeding rate,rate of reoperation due to postoperative bleeding and satisfaction degree towards nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The anxiety score was （21.23±0.54） scores,the score of depression was （20.65±0.57） scores,the rate of postoperative bleeding was 8.33%,the rate of reoperation due to postopera- tive bleeding was 4.17% as well as the rate of nursing satisfaction was 97.92% of the observation group patients,the anxiety score was （43.95±0.46） scores,the score of depression was （42.62±0.17） scores,the rate of postoperative bleeding was 29.17%,the rate of reoperation due to postoperative bleeding was 22.92% and the rate of nursing satisfaction was 77.08% in the control group after the nursing,two groups were compared,the differents were siginificant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The high-quality nursing care in the patients with postoperative bleeding of thyroid tumor is in significant,effect which is worthy of promotion and popularizing in nursing works.
