改良固定法在普外科留置胃管患者中的应用效果观察

Effect of improved method of fixed for indwelling gastric tube′s patients in department of general surgery

目的 探讨改良固定法在普外科留置胃管患者中的应用效果。方法 选择2015年11月~2016年5月普外科留置胃管患者80例,随机分成对照组38组,观察组42组,对照组采用3M加压固定胶布“工”形固定法,观察组采用3M加压固定胶布改良固定法,比较两组患者鼻部压疮发生率、胶带维持时间、鼻胃管滑脱率的差异。结果观察组患者压疮发生率低于对照组,胶带维持时间较长,鼻胃管滑脱率较低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论3M加压固定胶布改良固定法能有效降低留置胃管患者压疮发生率,延长胶带维持时间,降低鼻胃管滑脱率,减少护士工作量,增加患者舒适度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application and effects of improved method of fixed for indwelling gastric tube＇s patients in department of general surgery.Methods 80 cases with indwelling gastric tube＇s patients from November 2015 to May 2016 were selected and divided into control group （n=38） in which 3M pressure fixing tape ＂workers ＂shape fixation was applied and observation group （n=42） in which 3M tape fixation in modified fixed method were used.The incidence of nasal pressure ulcers,tape maintaining time and gastric tube slippage rate of patients were compared in two groups.Results In observation group,the incidence of nasal pressure ulcers in patients was lower than that of control group,the tape maintain a longer time and gastric tube slippage rate were significantly lower than those of control group,the differences were significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusions Modified fixed with 3M pressure tape fixation of gastric tube has lower incidence of nasal pressure ulcers and prolonged duration,which reducing gastric tube slippage rate and nursing workload while patients are more comfortable.Which is worthy of being applied in patients with indwelling catheter.
